Awaken and align your body with a Hatha flow yoga class. This class emphasizes the flow from one pose to the next. We will move our body as we connect to breath. The sequences in this class will be filled with fun transitions and diversity in asanas (postures). During the class, you will learn both the Sankrit and English names for postures. You will leave this class feeling stronger, leaner, calm and loved.

At Studio Santosha, we require at least 24 hours cancellation to any appointments and courses with 100% refund. No refund is provided if the session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
